We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development / Telesales Executive to join our team in the US healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to generating leads, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  1. Reach potential leads and business opportunities within the target market through various channels such as emails and cold calling.
  2.  Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Present proposals to clients and address any inquiries or objections they may have.
  4. Lead negotiations to secure new business contracts and agreements. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
  5.  Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs. Continuously monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  6. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
  9. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a high level of initiative and resilience.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  11. Proficiency in CRM software .
