We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development / Telesales Executive to join our team in the US healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to generating leads, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reach potential leads and business opportunities within the target market through various channels such as emails and cold calling.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Present proposals to clients and address any inquiries or objections they may have.
- Lead negotiations to secure new business contracts and agreements. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs. Continuously monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
