𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and securing business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹 𝑩𝒊𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 & 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒍 𝑾𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈:

Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.

Write personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.

Ensure timely bidding with a strategic approach to improve conversion rates.

🔹 𝑪𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈:

Respond to client inquiries and negotiate project terms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their project requirements.

🔹 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉:

Research industry trends and identify high-potential clients.

Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to increase business opportunities.

Optimize profiles and portfolios on Upwork and other platforms for maximum visibility.

🔹 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈:

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align strategies.

Maintain detailed records of bids, conversions, and client interactions.

Provide weekly performance reports to evaluate success and areas of improvement.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

✅ 1+ year of experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.

✅ Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, project filtering, and bidding strategies.

✅ Excellent English writing and communication skills.

✅ Ability to understand client requirements and craft winning proposals.

✅ Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting.

✅ A proactive mindset with a focus on results and conversions.
